There is more and more talk about the major changes possible to implement in the definition of “objective” for a company. There is a company in northern Italy that stands out among the others, we are talking about Conpac, a company that does not just look at profits alone as a measure of success, but rather at the social impact it is having on society.
This is a way to retain talent within companies, and foster the impact on the outside world that millennials in particular feel the need to have.
We interviewed the founder Marco Valentinsig and with him we also talked about the different ways through which a company can involve the communities around it to stimulate, mix and alternate commercial activities with design thinking techniques, and the development of new products and services.
Social activities bring together companies from various sectors that interact and challenge each other to think outside the box, innovate and collaborate. Innovation occurs when we stop thinking as we usually do and leave room for others to contribute to our growth process through their ideas, challenges and thoughts. Furthermore, by coming together in any context, companies will always benefit from the networking, business development and advertising they will do with their social activities.

The small Friulian reality will increasingly engage in critical analyzes that have the aim of improving the action strategies of organizations and groups, through a structured process of reasoning and the collection of evidence.
This is done through the measurement and understanding of the changes produced/services by a specific intervention. This company acts as a driver in an issue that is increasingly at the center of our lives.
