Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy, often known as C.B. Satpathy, is a renowned academic, author, spiritual thinker, cultural ambassador for India, and humanitarian. He was born on January 14, 1948. He is the founder and chairman of the Shirdi Sai Global Foundation, Gurugram, and the CBS Cultural Foundation, Gurugram. More than 250 centers and forums for philanthropy, community improvement, and spiritualism have been founded thanks to Satpathy, which also served as their inspiration.
He has played a vital role in Global Sai Movement; Satpathy has been instrumental in organizing Shirdi Sai Baba Camps at the Kumbha Melas in Allahabad (1995, 2001, 2007, 2013), Nasik (2003), Haridwar (2004, 2010, and 2016), the Tigri Mela in Garh Mukteshwar on the banks of the Ganges near the border of the Meerut and Moradabad districts, and the Krishna Pushkaralu Mela in Vijayawada (2004, 2016). He oversaw the planning of the SAI UTSAV (International Conference on Shirdi Sai Baba) in several nations, including Chicago, USA (2001 and 2009), Johannesburg, Africa (2002 and Nairobi), Sydney, Australia (2002 and 2016), and Auckland, New Zealand (2016).
Satpathy is a multilingual writer; over fifty works on spirituality, Indian cosmology, cosmogeny, Indian culture, and short stories have been written by the multilingual author Satpathy (satires). His writings have been translated into five foreign languages and 13 regional Indian languages. His book Shri Guru Bhagwat is available in more than fifteen languages.
Shri Guru Bhagwat
His most famous work, Shri Guru Bhagwat, first published in the Odia language, provides thorough coverage of the entire Guru Parampara, which carries the revered Indian cultural tradition. The book is a philosophical dissertation that surpasses the banality of earthly existence. It was initially written in Odia in the distinctive Nabakshri poetry meter (lines with nine letters each, in couplet form). Guru Bhagwat has been read and referred by students, parents, teachers & professors. In 2012, Satpathy received a letter from Srimati Ms. Pratibha Patil, the country’s President, thanking him for his valuable work.
Goya Ru Agopya
Gopyaru Agopya is Satpathy’s conception of cosmology and spiritualism in Odia. It is a dissertation not based on any school of belief but on his interpretations of the celestial movements. The book reflects Satpathy’s intense interest in the Science behind symbols, images, and words used in the Hindu religion, together with his vast knowledge of Astrology, Astronomy, and Pyramidology, which gave him the understanding of Nirakara, Sakara, Saguna, and Nirguna forms of divinity and worship.
The book was further translated into Sanskrit by Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, New Delhi. It was titled Srstitattwanuchintanam, which was critically reviewed and widely appreciated by the Sanskrit laureates gathered from all over the world at the World Sanskrit Conference held in 2012 in India. It is available in Hindi, Avyakt Se Vyakt, and Sindhi, Aprakt Kha Prakt.

The book has been re-published as Baba May I Answer in English, Hindi, and eight Indian regional languages. It is also available in Nepalese.

This book, originally written in English, comprises the life and teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba and the Perfect Masters. It is a rich source of spiritual knowledge.
